1. Who we are

This website and service are operated by Roni Agushi, trading as "Ten Second" ("we", "us"). When you use our website or buy from us, you are contracting with Roni Agushi. Contact: roni@tensecond.app.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use this website or our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Our services

We design and build websites, animation videos and business systems (such as booking systems, inquiry automation and quote generators), plus optional monthly support. The scope of each project is described in your order, offer or invoice.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind the business you represent. You agree to give accurate information and to keep any login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: using it for unlawful purposes; fraud, spam or deceptive activity; infringing anyone's intellectual property; or interfering with security (for example uploading malware, probing or scanning systems, or scraping). You must not reverse engineer, resell or circumvent technical limits of our systems.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our service, software, templates, documentation and branding. Once a project is paid in full, you receive the rights to use the final deliverables made for you, as described in your order. Content you provide stays yours; you grant us a limited licence to use it only to deliver the service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Monthly support plans renew each month until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

8. Service level

We work hard to keep our service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. When access ends, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts at the seller's place of residence, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

13. Changes
