1. Who is responsible

Roni Agushi, trading as "Ten Second", is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our services. Contact: roni@tensecond.app.

2. Data we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone, business name and address. • Messages and order details you send through forms, email or WhatsApp. • Account details for client or staff logins (email, password in encrypted form). • Technical data: IP address, browser, device and usage logs. • Website addresses you submit for a free check.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to requests and send offers (legal basis: steps before a contract / legitimate interests). • To deliver and support the services you buy (contract performance). • To send invoices and keep business records (legal obligation). • To keep the site secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests). • To improve our service (legitimate interests). • For marketing emails, only where allowed by law, and you can opt out any time (consent / legitimate interests).

4. Who we share it with

• Service providers who host and run our website, email and tools. • Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for selling our products, managing subscriptions, processing payments, tax compliance and invoicing. • Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers. • Authorities, where required by law. We never sell your data.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Switzerland, the UK or the EEA. Where this happens, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example accounting records). After that it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your data protection authority. Email roni@tensecond.app; we reply within one month.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and protected storage.

9. Cookies

We only use essential browser storage needed for the site to work (for example keeping you signed in). We don't use analytics or marketing cookies. You can clear storage in your browser settings at any time.
